Hi Bob. Sounds like you had an exciting afternoon. Quick tip - 'was' and 'were' are both past tense verbs. However 'were' is plural (referring to more than one thing) and was is singular (referring to one thing). In your blog post you are only referring to one soil tablet, so instead of saying 'were' you should change it to 'was'.
